Envy Comfort offers another option: stay seated in your own wheelchair, reverse into the unit and move into a supported, tilted position. The goal is simple – to make rest and variation in seating position easier to include in everyday life.

An initial pressure measurement on one user showed a lower average pressure on the seating surface when the wheelchair was tilted. The measurement is observation-based and cannot be generalised, as the effect depends on factors such as the individual user, the wheelchair, the seat cushion, the seating position and the specific setup.
